橙子の碎碎念

橙子の碎碎念

知其不可奈何而安之若命

It seems like I'm starting to enjoy programming.

The Very Beginning#

There aren't actually many points related to my major and programming. Most of the time, it involves data processing and analysis. The most important thing is to draw conclusions based on theory and practice (memorization).
The specialty of the major is not just about studying hard. After careful consideration, I decided to give up on pursuing further studies, although I also long for a passionate academic life, but I am not interested in any specific field. As a student majoring in mathematics, my math foundation is embarrassingly weak 😇
In the end, I decided to focus on studying for employment, but I found out that coding is still relevant to my major (ノへ ̄、)(ノへ ̄、), but it's not just about coding.

First Step#

Starting with learning Hadoop, I truly started to get in touch with VPS, Linux, and also started learning Python, Java, Scala, JS, SQL.

It's easy to understand something on paper, but it's hard to put it into practice.

In the beginning, I felt anxious about marketing, so I started learning Python and Linux early on, but I only stayed at reading books and configuring the environment. Since the beginning of the year, I have been practicing hands-on with VPS purchased from TX, and now it's been over ten months, and I have gained some knowledge:

  1. Basic Linux operations
  2. Using VPS
  3. Using Docker
  4. Implementing a personal blog
  5. Data synchronization, backup, and recovery
  6. Improvement in coding skills (mainly Python)
  7. A little bit of web scraping
  8. A little bit of data processing

During this period of time, every time I discover interesting projects in open source communities and bloggers' shares, or come across brilliant ideas, they turn into something like this
( ̄y▽ ̄)╭ Ohohoho.....
I gradually fell in love with the joy of coding. From being a simple tool, I slowly became proactive in learning "useless" knowledge. When the code started and entered my life, I truly felt the power of every line of code. Programming is no longer just a skill for getting a job offer, but it has become a part of life, a habit.
I am grateful to every coder who selflessly shared their knowledge with me, allowing me to open the door to this new world and embark on this path.

Prospect#

Due to the repeated fluctuations in the pandemic situation, the holiday has been advanced again😒, but the pressure of exam review is also causing me to go bald😢. It feels like my hair is falling out even faster after growing it long (sad).
After returning home for the holiday, I will probably have to stay at home and get moldy. I hope to use this time to summarize this year, learn a bit about Web3, find an internship, meet some friends, have a few meals, have a drink, chat about life, read some unfinished books, and spend time with my family💕.
